Enterprise AI is a trillion-dollar business, however, 85% of AI projects fail. There are still high barriers to entry that make it hard for enterprises to use AI without large data science teams and multi-million-dollar budgets. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of operational experience in managing web or cloud-based services
- 3+ years of experience in managing any public cloud (AWS, Azure, and Google cloud)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD Processes, and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub
- Understanding of container technologies and orchestrators like Docker & Kubernetes
- Understanding of different build tools and package managers for different programing languages, e.g., Mvn, Gradle, Npm, pip
- Developer oriented mindset with ability to design automations to solve problems and create solutions – Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, and/or similar languages
- Ability to understand the complete development flow and make recommendations on changes or improvements to the development teams: Testing Stages, Coverage Reports, Quality Gates, Security Scans, Environment Promotions
- Understanding different components of an application Database/Mid-tier/Messaging/User-Interface/Configuration
- Experience with core AWS Services and ability to build automated processes using SDK or CLI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments
- Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, ElastiSearch, and Kibana
- Experience implementing and designing cloud native security concepts, DevSecOps or MLOps
- AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro, SysOps Admin, Developer Associate
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, and written communications skills
