We are seeking a team member who has both a passion for data science and for helping organizations advance their analytics strategies to drive meaningful business outcomes. This person should have experience as a Customer-Facing Data Scientist, Solution Architect, and/or Solution Engineer in the machine learning space. Duties and Responsibilities
- Our CFDS’s provide technical leadership in the full customer lifecycle; from capturing goals in new-customer discovery calls to supporting solution implementations to supporting existing-customers as they mature and expand their analytics applications.
- Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and produce a detailed solution proposal.
- Discuss the feasibility of use cases along with architectural design with business teams and translate those discussions into realistic technical implementation
- Prepare and develop technical presentations and demos to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret the results essential in the decision-making process for the organization.
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving technology and landscape while maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies in order to position Sway AI in relation to them.
- Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Salespeople and Marketing professionals to continuously improve Sway AI’s products and GTM positioning.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions in public cloud
- 2+ years of experience in demonstrating software products and presenting technical materials
- Experience driving client-facing architecture session / technical workshops
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- A passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
